Travelers Chef Knife. 5/32” forged 80crv2 with a zero ground edge and handles made from swirley resin handles with white g10 liner. Super slicey and still raw and gnarly. Designed with the help of local chef friend. This is the original smaller version. Easy to take on the go snd use wherever you need some slicing. His direction was to make a chefs knife as small as possible with a blade that could cut a potato. This is what we came up with.
