- This is one of my personal favorite new designs in some time. Just love everything about this blade. Full flat grind for great slicer. Stout 1/4" thick forged 80crv2 steel meant to be used and abused. Full tang design but with machined out handle to make it light and quick in the hand. Handle is made from ironwood. Comes with a hand dyed and pressed leather sheath with grip clip. The handle on this one is just stunning. 3" blade 4" handle
