My first tradition chef knife design. 8” blade. 14” over all. Really happy with how these came out. Full flat grind for great slicer. Stout 5/32” thick forged 01 tool steel meant to be used and abused. Full tang design but with machined out handle to make it light and quick in the hand. Handle is made from Purple Heart which naturally has this rich purple colo. Just all around badassness. Comes with a hand dyed and pressed leather sheath with grip clip. The handle on this one is just stunning.
